We also talked about different ways of connecting and how on a weekend or evening we may connect more using technology. As part of our lesson we learned how to build good strong connections with people and created these fantastic wordles about connecting with others.
Football Snowmen

Our history topic this term is the Ancient Greeks. Using our atlas skills we located Greece within a map of Europe; investigated the climate; used our geography skills to look at the climate and position to the equator and tectonic plates. We started by completing an Alpha-Net of all the positives we find in the online world. Next we looked at the inappropriate or worrying things we come across online. Year 6 had lots of great ideas. Finally we discussed the importance of sharing our worries with a trusted adult.
