Blackfell Primary School

Early Years had a great visit to Gibside! We started off in the walled gardens where we took part in some mini beast hunting, we found spiders, bees and ladybirds. We spoke about how many legs they had and where we found them. We then headed to the park to play, we all had great fun trying out different equipment and enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, we went on a nature trail around the ground, we walked through the orangery and then had some chill time on the grass! All of the children were fantastic and we were very impressed with their stamina when walking!
