For British Science Week, Year 1 and 2 have enjoyed taking part in a range of activities. With this year's theme being 'Change and Adapt', we carried out an experiment to see what was safe to flush away. We were surprised at how some of the items we thought were ok to flush down the toilet, didn't break down in the water when we shook them. We also had fun recreating ocean animals as part of some 'Deep Sea Yoga'. Whilst we were holding the poses, we learnt how the animal adapts to it's ocean habitat.
