Blackfell Primary School

This half term, we have been looking at the work of some famous artists who specialise in sculpture. These include Antony Gormley, Barbara Hepworth, Dale Chihuly, and Henry Moore. We have taken inspiration from their work to create our own wonderful sculptures including a mobile, a freestanding structure, tangrams, and models of humans made from pipe cleaners. It has been a fantastic unit of work and we have developed so many of our art skills as well as our knowledge of sculpture.
