We are celebrating Chinese New Year in Early Years and have lots of fun areas set up in our classroom from making noodle soup in our water area, creating dragons in the play dough area, dancing to Chinese music in our curiosity corner, to making printed scaley snakes in our paint area! As today is the day of Chinese New Year, we celebrated by cooking some delicious spring rolls where we chopped, grated and rolled! We all enjoyed having a taste and sharing some prawn crackers.
