In our PSHE lessons, we have been learning about health and well-being. We have spent time discussing why it is important to keep our bodies and minds healthy and ways in which we can do this. Last lesson, we learned why getting a good nights sleep is important and what happens to our bodies while we are sleeping. This week, we thought about different ways to relax and tried some yoga. We thought about how it made us feel and the benefits of exercise and meditation.
